• $100.00 set up fee applies on all orders 20 units or under.
  
  
• 2-3 day turn-around applies on all orders.
  
  
• $20-40 delivery fee applies depending on delivery point.
  
  
• Please ensure pull payment is made on invoices prior to shipping.
  
  
• Full design service is available on request for a small fee.
  
  
• Artwork lay-ups are charged at $50 per design if artwork is not supplied.
